SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE

We offer residential pest control services that works for any budget. The convenience and peace of mind of this service is second to none. Instead of paying large per service fees you can now budget a smaller monthly price with us.

NO CANCELLATION FEES

Most pest control companies will make it extremely difficult to cancel their services, up to and including charging early termination fees. We only require 30 day notice and we won’t charge you to cancel.

PRICE LOCK GUARANTEE

Traditional pest control companies lock you in to a contract for up to 2 years. We require a NON-binding service agreement, that locks in your price rather than hold you captive.

CUSTOMER PORTAL

Our easy to use customer portal site can be navigated to pay bills, update credit cards securely, update contact information as well as schedule a pest control service.

SAME TECHNICIAN

Instead of having to train a new technician every service we strive to keep the same pest control technician on your service everytime.

CONVENIENT SERVICE

No need to be home during your pest control service. We will perform a full inspection, application on the exterior of your property and notify you of any concerns.

UNLIMITED WARRANTY

Most other pest control companies will limit a warranty service to 30 days or charge you for touch ups.

We guarantee our service with unlimited touch ups as needed.

ACCOUNT MANAGERS

Deal directly with your Account Manager rather than a Sales Rep or Call Center.

NO 30 DAY FOLLOW UP

Most pest control companies upsell their service by requiring a paid 30 day follow up after the initial service. Costing you more money. We stick to a true quarterly service with no added fees.

Is the service products safe around my children and pets

All of the pest control products we use are people and pet friendly. We also strive to follow the product label when it comes to dilution rates and application methods. We will communicate where we apply products and types of products used for your information.

Do I need to service in the winter?

The need for pest control services in winter can vary depending on your specific circumstances and the type of pests you’re dealing with. While some pests may be less active during the colder months, others can still pose problems indoors.

Is pest control worth it?

While professional pest control services may involve an upfront cost they can provide long-term cost savings. Effective pest control can prevent future infestations and the associated expenses such as property damage, medical bills, and replacing contaminated food.

How often should I be receiving a pest control service?

For most residential areas we recommend a minimum of 4 services per year but ultimately depends the pest pressures that you are currently or will in the future encounter. We offer free touch ups in between services to help alleviate any issues.

Can I cancel my service at anytime?

Yes. If you feel our pest control service is not doing what was expected we can easily and comfortably cancel your services with only a 30-day notice.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Contract, NO. Service Agreement, YES. Our NON-BINDING service agreement acts more like a price lock guarantee rather than a contract locking your rate in for the term of the service agreement.

Must I be home for service?

Nope. If you would like service on the interior completed or are seeing pests inside please let us know at your convenience and we would be happy to come take a look.

What can I do to help prevent pests?

To help prevent pests you can take several proactive measures.

Here are some effective steps that you can follow:

 

  1. Keep a clean environment.
  2. Seal entry points.
  3. Store food properly.
  4. Dispose of garbage properly.
  5. Remove standing water.
  6. Maintain landscaping.
  7. Properly store fire wood.
  8. Regularly inspect and clean storage areas.
  9. Practice good hygiene.
  10. Consider professional pest control.
